I began my journey in Learning and Development after graduating from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Spanish & Education.

Over the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a diverse range of eLearning roles across several, diverse industries.

Today, my expertise lies in developing comprehensive training curricula, implementing company-wide learning management systems and leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve learning outcomes.

I'm passionate about designing engaging, accessible learning experiences that help team members feel fulfilled in their day-to-day work.
